This new 24,000 SF one-story retail and office complex is located centrally between Baltimore and Washington, D.C. The client desired tenant flexibility within the building footprint. The structure allows for up to eight tenants. With parking surrounding four sides, the elevation elements are consistent around the entire facade. The planes of the elevation step back and forth to create slight shadow lines as well as allow for variation in the wall color. The columns add a classical element to the base and the base is clad in cement siding to provide a smaller scale to the structure.
