Purposeful

BluCompanies is a new and emerging umbrella company whose varying entities provide numerous services to our community of adults with special needs. BluEmploy is an employment services provider and provides employment counseling, training and placement. BluRes provides residential housing to residential agencies in the Baltimore area. As well, BluFoundation is a nonprofit established to support great causes such as the development of a children's hospice. Purple Cherry Architects provided architectural services for the space planning and interior design of the 9,500 sf headquarters in the Legg Mason Tower building in Baltimore, MD. The space includes a central lobby and reception areas for the branch businesses. Also included are executive and staff offices, support staff areas, classrooms and conference rooms. The finishes chosen for the space all have sustainable attributes and include carpet tiles with recycled content, low VOC pains and recycled content glass walls.
