Private Waterfront Residence on the Chesapeake Bay

This 6,000 SF 3-story house is designed with classic styling. Round columns and a striking front entry surrounded by windows gives guests a sneak peek view to the water. The complicated roof line captures the eye with other details at the front of the house such as the trellis and curved brackets, shingle roof, dormers, and round window. A wide entry hall with a sweeping L-shaped staircase opens to the great room that includes the living and dining rooms and the kitchen. Two levels of decking and an at-grade patio support extensive outdoor entertainment. The house is finished with concrete shake siding with flat trim and butt corners. This traditional seaside cottage is timeless and pleasant to the eye from land or sea.
